Line Cook Hayward (Carlton, OR)Hayward is a sourcing-driven restaurant rooted in deep relationships with small local farmers many of whom have become friends, collaborators, and regulars. Our menu is ever-changing, guided by seasonality, curiosity, and a constant desire to learn. We believe great food starts with respect: for the land, the product, our teammates, and our guests.

Our team leads with kind, genuine hospitality and a strong sense of care for one another. We re passionate about fermentation, sourdough, and utilizing the whole animal and vegetable. We are a small, tight-knit crew, and culture matters deeply to us working as a team is always the priority.

The RoleWe re seeking a Line Cook with 3+ years of kitchen experience. While experience matters, we are forever a teaching kitchen and value curiosity, humility, and a desire to grow just as much as technical skill.
