In personPumpkin Ridge Golf Club, home to two of the area s premier golf courses, is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our culinary team as we prepare for the busy season. We offer a fun, friendly, and professional work environment with a small team of passionate culinary professionals.Position SummaryThe Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items for our restaurants and banquet events while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, organized, and able to perform well in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and guest requests Ensure food is prepared and plated in a timely manner Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with prep work and kitchen organization as needed Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operationsQualifications 2+ years of experience working as a cook in a professional kitchen Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Current Food Handler s Card requiredSchedule Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Flexible scheduling availableBenefits Competitive pay based on experience Employee discount Flexible schedule Positive team-oriented work environment
