$19.00 - $22.00 per hour

& 5am start time Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Breakfast Cook to join our dynamic culinary team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious breakfast dishes that delight our guests and set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. Your culinary expertise, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for food will contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast buffet items, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency. Assist with menu planning by suggesting new breakfast options and seasonal specials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients efficiently. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishing. Requirements Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and sanitation practices. Skilled in meal preparation, cooking techniques, knife skills, and food industry standards. Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving in a fast-paced environment. Excellent kitchen experience with proficiency in food industry best practices for quality control. Ability to work early mornings or flexible hours as needed to support breakfast service demands. Typical shift 5:00am to 11:00am (12 Noon weekends)
