• Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and presentation standards
• Ensure consistent food quality, flavor, and presentation
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to meet service deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to safety and sanitation protocols
• Demonstrate strong culinary skills, including precise knife techniques
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
• Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Follow instructions from kitchen management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of previous kitchen experience, specifically in a high-volume kitchen
• Late night availability is required
• Possess strong culinary skills, including excellent knife techniques and an unwavering commitment to precision
• Wok cooking experience is preferred
• Proven capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• A strong sense of urgency in delivering exceptional results
• Reliable access to transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Food Handlers Card.
