Part-Time Line Cook

We are looking to add a cook to join our tiny team here at No Doubts Wine Bar!

No Doubts is a new wine bar St. Johns, this is a very small space, we have a menu of about 5 items, and a very intimate kitchen that is shared with the bartender and one cook. Running food, greeting customers, bussing tables, washing dishes and cleaning are all shared responsibilities. Bonus points for anyone passionate and knowledgeable about wine. We're looking for someone who takes the job seriously, but is able to have fun. Customer interaction is a large part of the environment, so being comfortable with some friendly banter is a great skill set to have. Working clean and maintaining a calm demeanor is essential, the kitchen is wide open to customers. During downtime there's often prep projects to be completed, and of course always cleaning!
