Job Description

Broder Soder in SW Portland is a busy brunch cafe inside Nordia House, a Nordic cultural center, is seeking to join our culinary team to support preparation for catered events onsite. We are looking for someone who is able to work 2+ shifts a week. There is opportunity for growth, generous gratuities, a shift meal and development opportunities with our experienced Chef; Jake Edgar.

Here are a few of the qualifications we are looking for
  • several years of experience in a variety of kitchen/restaurant environments
  • excels at communication and not afraid to ask questions
  • Is a
TEAM PLAYER
  • maintain standards for food storage, rotation, cleanliness, quality and appearance
  • attention to detail, especially plating
  • fast and efficient
