$18.87 per hour, based on education and experience. Position Summary The Cook is responsible for preparation and assistance in service of all meals to clients, staff and guests within the organization.
Shifts Available:
Full-Time Day Shift 7am to 3:30pm
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 21 years of age. Prior cooking experience, preferably in a high-volume setting. Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills. Valid driver's license required. HS Diploma or GED required OR 5 years of relatable life and/or work experience to be verified by references and/or employment verification. Flexible schedule depending on departmental needs Able to work with children.
Responsibilities:
Follow weekly cycle menus and production worksheets while recording daily food preparation amounts and usages to include special diets. Prepare hot and cold food working with a basic standardized recipe system. Record daily food, refrigeration and dishwasher temperatures. Assure overall sanitation and general cleaning of serving areas. All other duties as assigned by management.
