Platinum Ridge Center for Nursing & Rehab is seeking a reliable and experienced Dietary Cook to prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for our residents in a long-term care nursing facility. The ideal candidate understands therapeutic diets and is committed to food safety, teamwork, and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Prepare meals according to planned menus, recipes, and physician-ordered diets Ensure food quality, proper temperatures, and portion control Follow therapeutic diet requirements (pureed, mechanical soft, diabetic, etc.) Qualifications Previous cooking experience required (healthcare or long-term care preferred) Knowledge of special diets and modified textures Food Handler's Permit or ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain) What we offer: Full benefits package
