We're a small, fast-paced, scratch kitchen focused on fresh ingredients and consistent execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of their station and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and cook menu items following house recipes Operate equipment including ovens, grills, ranges, and fryers Maintain an organized and sanitary station Assist with daily prep and restocking tasks Ensure accurate, timely plate execution Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

1+ year kitchen experience preferred, but not required Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability Ability to work evenings and weekends Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen Team player with a positive attitude
