Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen, responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality dishes that delight our guests. Your culinary expertise and attention to food safety will ensure a seamless dining experience from start to finish. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your cooking skills, contribute to menu creation, and work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and passion for food thrive. Duties Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Follow recipes and portion controls to maintain standards and minimize waste Assist with menu planning by suggesting new dishes and seasonal specials Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils throughout shifts Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal timing and ensure efficient service Ensure all food served meets safety regulations and quality standards Assist in catering events or special functions as needed Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred Culinary experience demonstrating proficiency in cooking techniques and food presentation Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus Strong knife skills for precise cutting, slicing, and dicing of ingredients Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Experience with meal preparation for large groups or catering events is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Line Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
