Job Description
Vela is seeking a reliable and motivated Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has experience preparing and cooking pizzas in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing a consistent, high-quality product. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to restaurant standards Stretch dough, build pizzas, and operate wood burning pizza oven Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work efficiently with the kitchen team during service Qualifications Previous pizza-making experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Availability for evenings and weekends What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Positive and professional work environment Opportunities for growth Staff meals and employee discounts
