Job Description

BCON is a rapidly growing meal preparation and nutrition company based in Doylestown, PA. We create chef-crafted, dietitian-designed meals that help busy professionals, families, athletes, and health-conscious individuals eat better without sacrificing convenience or flavor. We're looking for a Production Cook / Kitchen Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional kitchen environment and takes pride in producing high-quality food consistently and efficiently. Unlike a traditional restaurant, our kitchen focuses on production rather than service. There are no ticket printers, dinner rushes, or late nights. Instead, we operate a highly organized production kitchen where teamwork, attention to detail, consistency, and food quality are essential.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Preparing proteins, vegetables, grains, sauces, and other meal components
  • Assisting with meal production and assembly
  • Portioning and packaging meals according to established standards
  • Labeling finished products and preparing orders for pickup and delivery
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
  • Receiving, organizing, and storing inventory
  • Supporting catering projects, menu launches, and special production days
  • Following recipes and production systems with consistency and accuracy We are looking for someone who is dependable, coachable, organized, and willing to learn.
Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but attitude, work ethic, and reliability are equally important. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants more than just a job. BCON is growing quickly, and we are interested in finding individuals who are excited about growing with the company. As the business expands, opportunities may exist to take on greater responsibility in areas such as production leadership, inventory management, quality control, kitchen operations, and team development. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, communicates well, shows up consistently, and enjoys being part of a team that is building something meaningful from the ground up. If you're looking for a stable kitchen position with daytime hours, a positive team environment, and the opportunity to grow alongside a local company with big ambitions, we'd love to hear from you.
