Duties Prepare pizza dough from scratch, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch Select and measure fresh ingredients for toppings, sauces, and cheeses according to recipes and menu standards Assemble pizzas with precision, applying proper knife skills and food handling techniques Bake pizzas to perfection using commercial ovens, monitoring cooking times and temperatures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties or seasonal specials Support food service operations by efficiently serving hot, fresh pizzas to customers or during catering events Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within the food industry or restaurant settings Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Experience with dietary department standards or dietary aide responsibilities is a plus Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Familiarity with catering, fine dining, or restaurant experience enhances your versatility Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and serving customers Embark on a flavorful journey with us!
