Brunch Cook

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable teammate who loves to play with food.

Duties:

• Prepare and cook food on prep station, lunch station, first or second grill.
• Follow recipes.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Communicate with team members about stock levels
• Collaborate with our team to make the kitchen run smoothly.

Skills:

• Willingness to learn
• Knowledge of knife skills and various cooking methods
• Reliability and communication.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
• Previous work experience in restaurants preferred.
