We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Back of House Prep Cook to take ownership of our morning prep program — crafting our famous house-made sauces, dressings, meatballs, lasagna, and more from scratch each day. If you take pride in consistency, organization, and being the backbone of a busy kitchen, we want to meet you.

Position Details:

Full Time | Year Round Morning / AM Shift Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

Prepare signature sauces, dressings, and core menu items from scratch Maintain consistency and quality standards Follow prep lists and production pars Keep a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation Work closely with the kitchen team to set up service for success

Qualifications:

ServSafe Certified preferred Minimum 2 years restaurant experience required Strong time management skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Pride in craftsmanship and consistency Team-oriented mindset
