  • Full-time Waree Thai is proud to serve delicious Thai cuisine to the Malvern community.
We are looking for experienced Thai Specialty Cooks to perform the following duties: Responsible for creating recipes for new and exciting Thai cuisine menus as well as creating weekly special menus in order to bring Thai uniqueness to the restaurant Preparing and cooking food using Thai culinary expertise Creating food presentations and food displays using authentic Thai aesthetic Collaborating with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers Checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met Checking the quantity and quality of received products Determining how food should be presented, and creating decorative food displays Determining production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services Following standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, andhealth and safety Checking stock levels and ordering supplies
Requirement:
2 years of experience in Thai cooking.
