- Available hours: Part-time, Thursday
- Sunday 4:00pm
- 9:00pm
Requirements:
Must have 1 year hand tossed pizza making experience Must have excellent communication, organization, and people skills Outgoing, personable and energetic Collaborate well with others Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and be self-motivated Must be someone of honor and integrity. Must be able to work individually as well as in a team-based setting Must be clean cut and maintain personal hygieneJob Duties:
Operate all equipment including dough roller and pizza ovens Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler Food prep including toppings, cheese and sauce Prepare and make pizzas and strombolis in a timely manner according to our recipes Follow sanitary practices for food handling Put away and rotate inventory properly Responsible for the quality of food served Properly open/close station by following checklists Clean equipment and facility daily: wiping down work area, cleaning ovens, cleaning refrigerators, walk-ins, sweeping and mopping floors Perform other duties as needed by managementJob Benefits:
