Dizengoff is hiring a Lead Line Cook to join the team. This candidate will be on a leadership team that is passionate about fostering a positive work culture, deepening their team's culinary knowledge, and is committed to the guest experience. This individual is exceedingly dependable, puts forth a great attitude, and has a desire to learn and grow each day. A minimum of two years relevant experience is required. Weekend availability is required.

Lead Line Cook Expectations:

Work hand-in-hand with fellow FOH and BOH managers to oversee service while continuously thinking of areas for growth Be team oriented and ready to step in and come to the aid of your staff at any time Support service by jumping in on food preparation, on the line, and in dish plating Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Be a strong and diligent communicator Ensure the kitchen staff operates in a timely manner Ensure food safety, sanitation regulations, and product quality are of the highest standard Be self-motivated to provide exceptional hospitality CookNSolo Restaurant Partners is co-owned by chef Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook, who combined are five-time James Beard Award winners.
