Skills required:

A positive attitude & excellent work ethic Line experience at a high volume restaurant Willingness to learn Understanding of general cooking techniques, food handling, and preparation The ability to collaborate with teammates The ability to stay organized and multitask Line Cook Responsibilities Report directly to Sous Chefs and Executive Chef Interact professionally with your teammates Keep dry storage and walk-ins clean and organized Working service Keep up standards of food quality and restaurant cleanliness Keep your station and uniform clean Open or Close your station to the highest standard Additional responsibilities as directed Contributions to a family meal Occasional heavy lifting Deep cleaning
