Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Handle food safely by following proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to uphold health standards Support food presentation efforts to ensure dishes are visually appealing and meet restaurant expectations Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and timely service during busy hours Requirements Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Ability to efficiently work in a fast paced environment Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving customers and supporting colleagues Must work weekends
