Montgomery County Emergency Service, Inc. (MCES) is Hiring!
HOSPITAL OR NURSING HOME FOOD SERVICE EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRED!

We are seeking a Full Time- Food Service Cook to join our Food Service team.
Schedule:
Week 1- Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00am-1:30pm Week 2
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00am-1:30pm Education/Experience Required High school diploma or general education diploma (GED), Two years of quantity cooking experience or experience in a high volume operation preferred or any combination of experience, education or training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill, and ability required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- The Cook prepares foods according to the menu cycle, standardized recipes and directions provided by the Food Service Director.
- Presents food in a fresh and appealing manner according to the Food Presentation Policy.
- Documents refrigeration and food temperatures and completes necessary paperwork documentation.
- Cook maintains kitchen equipment in a clean and sanitary manner.
- Follows posted Sanitation Schedule and ensures a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Reports any equipment needs or issues to management
- Insure that all quality, quantity and timing objectives are met.
- High level of professionalism and friendly personality.
- Must be able to work independently and professionally with others and be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Salary:
$20.00/hr- $22.
