We take pride in quality, consistency, and teamwork, and we're looking for someone who shares those values to join our kitchen team. Position Summary Line cooks are responsible for preparing pizzas, pretzels , and other menu items while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Stretch dough, build pizzas, and operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep work Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs Assist with receiving and storing deliveries Work collaboratively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff Help with opening and closing kitchen duties Maintain a positive attitude during busy service periods Follow all company policies and procedures
