As a Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards. This position is perfect for individuals looking to advance their culinary skills beyond prep in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meals, including washing, chopping, and measuring food items. Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency in food quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations throughout the shift. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed. Help to prepare and serve food.
