Responsibilities Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care. Assemble pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, and knives. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations. Support the kitchen team during busy periods by assisting with food prep and order assembly. Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of ingredients. Experience with kitchen tools such as knives and mixers; culinary or restaurant experience is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration. Basic understanding of menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations is advantageous.
