  • 4 Kitchen Positions La Vigneta Winery is looking for dependable cooks to join our kitchen team.
We are hiring a combination of Prep Cooks and Line Cooks who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. Whether you have strong prep experience or are comfortable working the line during service , we are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with our culinary program. This is a great opportunity to work in a unique winery restaurant environment where food quality, presentation, and hospitality matter. What You'll Do Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning Assist with menu preparation including salads, appetizers, and side dishes Work the line during service as needed Follow recipes and kitchen procedures to maintain consistency Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation for events and winery service Support the kitchen team during busy service periods What We're Looking For Previous kitchen, prep cook, or line cook experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen Basic knife skills and food prep knowledge Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Positive attitude and team mindset Opportunity for Growth La Vigneta Winery believes in developing talent from within .
