The Fryer will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of fried foods in a fast-paced kitchen environment. # Duties
- Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment to prepare fried foods
- Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
- Monitor food levels and replenish ingredients as needed
- Ensure the quality of fried foods meets the restaurant's standards
- Clean and maintain fryers and kitchen area
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed. Requirements
- Previous experience as a Fryer or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment including knives
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus Looking for good availability days and nights mixed
