Southmont also provides short-term rehabilitation that can include physical, occupational, and/or speech therapies The Cook is responsible for proper preparation of large quantities food items for residents, staff, and visitors of the community. Requirements for the

Cook:

Minimum of one year of large quantity cooking experience Serve safe certification preferred Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and operating instructions, and to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, and volume.
