Thursday 4pm to 8pm Friday 12pm to 8pm Saturday 12pm to 8pm Sunday 11am to 2pm Looking for energetic individuals to join our dream team! We have an incredible female-led restaurant that is looking for a dynamic prep cook to add to our team. Our future is bright, and we are looking to grow our dream team! Job Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced prep cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, efficient time-sensitive prep skills, and a strong understanding of food safety, production, and consistency. Responsibilities Timely consistent food prep for regular service and catering Execute dishes according to training and food safety Setting up and breaking down work stations in a clean and organized manner Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Clearly communicate with both front and back of house staff in a positive and respectful manner Qualifications Willingness to learn and adapt Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety practices, and culinary techniques Strong knife skills Experience in catering services is preferred but not required Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure A culinary degree/certificate or equivalent experience is preferred Join our team and showcase your culinary expertise while working with a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences!
