Job Description
We're a growing Las Vegas food truck serving some of the city's best wings, smash burgers, fries, and Southern comfort food. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking cook who takes pride in preparing great food, maintaining a clean workspace, and performing well in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as we continue expanding. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and food safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary food truck at all times Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and food prep equipment throughout service Assist with food prep, stocking, inventory, and restocking during events Follow Southern Nevada Health District regulations and sanitation procedures Monitor food temperatures, storage, and handling practices Support setup, breakdown, and cleaning before and after events Help create a positive experience for customers and team members Requirements Previous cooking, line cook, food truck, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred Valid Food Handler Card and all required certifications Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health department standards Reliable transportation Ability to work evenings, weekends, festivals, and special events Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
