Restaurant is open Wendesday through Sunday for dinner service. Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook / Pantry, where your passion for food and attention to detail will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. Your culinary expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences, whether in a fine dining setting or catering event. We value motivated individuals eager to develop their skills and bring enthusiasm to every plate. Duties Prepare and assemble ingredients for various menu items, focusing on the pantry station and cold dishes Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency and presentation excellence Assist with food preparation tasks including chopping, portioning, and garnishing to support the kitchen team Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry area, adhering to food safety protocols Support meal assembly and plating during service hours, ensuring timely delivery of orders Handle food with care, practicing proper food handling techniques to ensure safety and quality Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service periods Requirements Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Proven background in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or catering settings Strong knife skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with menu planning, food presentation, and culinary techniques Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment Join us if you're passionate about culinary excellence, eager to grow your skills in the food industry, and ready to contribute to memorable dining experiences!
