Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients including chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and measuring portions Assist with cooking and plating food items as directed by the Kitchen team. Support various kitchen stations such as grill, hot line, and salad station. Uphold food quality standards, including cooking temperatures and plate presentation. Follow proper food storage practices, including FIFO rotation, dating, and refrigeration safety measures. Be aware of and prevent cross-contamination, especially with reported allergies. Maintain kitchen cleanliness by sanitizing surfaces and following health department standards. Report inventory and product needs to the manager. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Uphold the company's policies and procedures. All other assigned duties.
