Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and efficiency Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper knife skills and sanitation practices Follow closing duties to ensure everything is stored and cleaned properly Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods A genuine passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service Weekend night availabilty We value energetic team players who are eager to grow their skills in a lively environment.
