Job Description
Looking for a full or part time prep cook to add to our team! Chomp Kitchen and Drinks is an award winning burger, sandwich, and craft beer restaurant with locations in Warren, Providence, and Newport! Chomp Kitchen and Drinks is seeking experienced prep cooks to add to our culinary team. Prior experience working in a high volume, fast paced kitchen as well as knife skills and prepping in a from scratch kitchen is preferred. However the right attitude and work ethic can overcome any lack of experience! What You Bring to the Table Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service. Consistently execute them with efficiency and grace while multitasking and maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service Demonstrate knowledge of all menu items (ingredients, spec, build) Act as part of the team to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the kitchen both before, during and after service Maintain a good working relationship with others by promoting teamwork and fostering a harmonious working atmosphere We offer full benefits to qualifying employees (30 hours per week) with employer contribution.
