Cook:
Review menus prior to preparation of food. Assure that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established Health Department regulations. Assist with food preparation to ensure meals are prepared on time and in accordance with planned menus. Serve meals that are presentable and appetizing in appearance. Serve meals in accordance with Saint Elizabeth Court established portion control guidelines. Coordinate dining service with other departments as necessary. Qualifications for a
Cook:
High School diploma One year of food service dietary experience. Able to lift, push, pull and move equipment and supplies in excess of fifty (50) pounds. Must be able to prepare a variety of foods in different quantities. Must be able to interact effectively with residents and staff. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions. Must have knowledge of dietary procedures, as well as related Health Department regulations and guidelines pertaining to food service operations. Why choose Saint Elizabeth Community?
