The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in preparing high-quality food, and is committed to maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards. Assist with daily food preparation, including chopping, slicing, portioning, and organizing ingredients. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift. Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures. Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner while maintaining quality and consistency. Support catering events, special functions, and large-scale meal preparation as needed. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Assist with stocking, inventory rotation, and general kitchen maintenance. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or food service environment preferred. Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food preparation, and knife skills. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment. Excellent communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude. Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards. Experience in fine dining, banquet service, or catering operations is a plus.
