This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors and takes pride in preparing quality meals in a warm, resident-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve nutritious, appealing meals for residents Follow menus, portion guidelines, and dietary restrictions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen Assist with food ordering, storage, and inventory as needed Work collaboratively with nursing and dining staff Ensure a positive dining experience for residents
Qualifications:
Previous cooking experience preferred, healthcare or assisted living experience a plus Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Friendly and professional demeanor Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and holiday coverage as needed
