Successful candidate will have finesse, high volume capability, and excellent communication skills. Focus and organizational skills are a must. Will be responsible for cooking multiple steaks, pork chops, lamb, and seafood. Concurrently must be able to call, organize and plate tickets. We are a dinner only restaurant and weekend availability is a must. Will pay top wage for the right person.
