Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients for cooking. 5am start time required for breakfast Cook food according to recipes. Ensure food quality meets company standards. Adhere to all sanitation and food safety standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

6-12 months of experience in cooking and baking preferred Knowledge of various cooking methods and ingredients Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Flexibility in schedule (hotel operates 24/7 including holidays, weekends, and nights)
