Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate sauté/ grill cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing high-quality meals and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. This is a shift that starts at 3:00pm until close. Pay is based on experience to be determined during the interview. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment. Adhere to food safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Experience Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Line Cook or similar position within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
