Key Responsibilities:

Set up and stock food stations with all necessary supplies Prepare ingredients and food items for service Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute menu items accurately and efficiently Ensure all food is prepared promptly and meets our quality standards Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and nutrition regulations

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in hot and cold kitchen conditions Frequent reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying Ability to stand and remain on your feet for the majority of your shift

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong understanding of menu items and ingredient preparation Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
