We are currently expanding our culinary team and looking for an additional cook. Responsibilities Complete any tickets related to your workstation; assist other team members as needed Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and standards Execute food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas to ensure food safety and health department compliance (SCDA) Assist with menu planning by preparing ingredients needed for upcoming dishes or special events Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively with kitchen staff and serving team members Communicate with kitchen team members and front of house employees regarding order accuracy, wait times, and other additional needs Qualifications Great attitude Desire to learn Strong Communication Skills Passion for Lowcountry cuisine and sandwiches Join us in delivering exceptional culinary experiences!
