Job Description
Experienced Pizza Maker - New York Style We're a small, laid-back mom and pop pizza shop looking for an experienced pizza maker who knows their way around hand-tossed New York-style pies. If you take pride in your dough, work clean, and enjoy a relaxed but hardworking environment, you'll fit right in. What you'll be doing: Hand-tossing and stretching dough the traditional NY way. Making consistent, high-quality pizzas during both slow and busy shifts Managing oven timing and bakes (no shortcuts) Prepping dough, sauce, and toppings as needed Keeping your station clean and organized Working as part of a small team where everyone helps out What we're looking for: Proven experience making hand-tossed New York-style pizza Comfortable working independently and during a rush Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work Chill attitude, no ego — just good pizza.
