Job Description

Are you the kind of cook who can handle the heat, the hustle, AND keep the fries crispy during a lunch rush? Ocean Lakes Family Campground is looking for a rockstar Head Cook to lead our Snack Bar crew and keep campers fueled up and smiling!
What We're Looking For:
ServSafe Food Safety Certified (current certification required) Previous experience as a Head Cook or Kitchen Manager Skilled at managing inventory & controlling food costs Experience developing menus that keep guests coming back Confident enforcing sanitation & food safety standards Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment Natural leader who keeps the team organized and motivated

Leading daily snack bar operations Creating delicious, efficient menus for high-volume service Managing ordering, inventory, and minimizing waste Keeping our kitchen spotless and inspection-ready Handling peak-season rushes like a pro Training and mentoring kitchen staff Why Work at Ocean Lakes?
