Duties Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes according to hotel standards and guest preferences Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and presented attractively, maintaining high food safety standards Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to sanitation regulations at all times Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when restocking is needed Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or hotel settings Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques for breakfast dishes Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional food service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and professionalism This vibrant role is perfect for culinary enthusiasts eager to bring their skills to a lively hotel environment.
