Duties Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring high standards of presentation and taste Assist with menu planning by suggesting innovative dishes and seasonal offerings that delight our guests Handle food with care, following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination Support food preparation activities including chopping, slicing, cooking, and plating using proper knife skills and techniques Serve food efficiently at service stations or dining areas, providing friendly and attentive customer service Contribute to kitchen operations by managing food handling procedures, maintaining inventory levels, and assisting with catering events when needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health regulations and safety protocols at all times Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide, with knowledge of special dietary needs and restrictions Strong background in food industry roles such as restaurant or kitchen experience, especially in fine dining or catering settings Expertise in menu planning, meal preparation, and cooking techniques that elevate the dining experience Excellent food handling skills combined with thorough understanding of food safety standards Skilled in food service operations including serving guests efficiently and professionally Demonstrated culinary experience with proficiency in knife skills, food presentation, and meal assembly Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Join us if you're eager to bring your culinary passion to life in a dynamic setting where your skills make a real difference!
