This role ensures the kitchen runs efficiently by keeping equipment clean, supplies stocked, and work areas organized. This is a critical entry-level position with a clear pathway into Cook roles and advancement within the company . Key Responsibilities Sanitation & Dishwashing Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment Maintain cleanliness of dish area at all times Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Inventory & Receiving Receive deliveries and check for accuracy Store food and supplies properly using FIFO Label and organize incoming products Kitchen Support Assist cooks by supplying tools, ingredients, and equipment Keep prep stations stocked and organized Remove trash, boxes, and debris promptly Cleanliness & Organization Maintain clean floors, surfaces, and work areas Reset and organize kitchen stations throughout shift Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in hot, wet, and fast-paced conditions Training & Development We provide hands-on training to help you succeed and grow within the company.

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move for extended periods (8-10 hours) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a hot, wet, and physically demanding kitchen environment Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks Work Availability Flexible schedule required, including: Early mornings Evenings Weekends Ability to arrive on time and work scheduled shifts consistently Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen, dishwashing, or food service environment Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced environments Success Traits for This Role Takes pride in cleanliness and organization Works with urgency and efficiency Maintains a positive attitude under pressure Supports team members proactively Demonstrates accountability and follow-through Growth Expectations Willingness to learn kitchen operations and food prep Ability to take feedback and improve performance Interest in advancing into Cook or other kitchen roles
