Nights & Weekends Duties:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with food preparation and plating during busy periods
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in the kitchen
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
