Responsibilities Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.) Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Be a team player and work with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure quality dishes are being served to each and every guest Clean up duties as assigned after each shift and throughout the week to keep kitchen up to excellent level of cleanliness Stock inventory and keep items in an organized fashion to ensure first in, first out order Maintain a positive and professional working environment for the rest of the kitchen staff and FOH staff Skills Ability to follow all sanitation procedures Ability to work in a team Very good communication skills Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year cooking experience
• Food preparation and cooking skills
• Experience in food service and handling
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience
• Culinary background with knowledge of meal preparation
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of sanitation practices
• Knife skills and fine dining experience are a plus
