Role:
As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in the culinary team, ensuring that each dish is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your primary responsibility will be to execute menu items efficiently and consistently, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow and uphold food safety standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as you will be preparing multiple orders simultaneously. Ultimately, your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our establishment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with various cooking techniques and cuisines. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chef. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
