Cooks / Line Cooks Dishwashers Food Runners Host / Hostess Bussers Servers Position Overview We are hiring Traveling Food & Beverage and Culinary team members to support restaurant and hospitality operations in New Jersey for the summer season. These roles assist with food preparation, service execution, guest experience, and maintaining clean, organized front- and back-of-house environments. Key Responsibilities Back of House (Cooks / Dishwashers): Prepare ingredients (wash, cut, portion, and store properly) Cook menu items following recipes and presentation standards Set up and maintain kitchen stations for service Operate kitchen equipment (grills, ovens, fryers, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all kitchen areas Support dishwashing and sanitation processes as needed Front of House (Servers / Bussers / Hosts / Food Runners): Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner Take orders and deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently Ensure tables are clean, set, and ready for service Support team members to maintain smooth service flow Provide excellent guest service and respond to guest needs promptly Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas Requirements 1-3+ years of hospitality, restaurant, or culinary experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic English communication skills Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays required) What We Offer Competitive pay Travel opportunity to New Jersey Housing/travel assistance (if applicable) Great hospitality experience across multiple roles Completion Bonus $300 Application Process & Deadline Apply at: https://www.hssstaffing.com/job-board/rpid=1602812&postid=LaErRUZ3jMo Applications accepted until the position is filled.
